• You must be 18 years of age to join
• Membership is valid for 12 months
• Lost or stolen certifcates will not be replaced
• Perks Club points are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit
• Corporations or other legal entities cannot be enrolled as members
• Membership card must be presented with each purchase in order for points to accrue
• Private parties are not awarded points
